Design of Cast-in-situ Beam Support Scheme for Pile Slab Structure under Conditions of Deep Soft Soil and Limited Space
The pile plate structure has the advantages of simple structure and clear stress distribution, which can reduce material consumption and engineering costs. It is widely used when crossing small areas of rivers, roads,or other transportation facilities. The Lianhe Avenue project and the parallel section of the Zhuzhao high speed railway are designed to use a pile slab structure bridge, with a total length of 3100m.The geological conditions are complex with deep and muddy soft soil, and the distance between the bottom of the beam and the ground is limited. The construction of cast-in-place beams is difficult. The design team suggests using a bracket scheme consisting of Bailey beams and I-beams.Due to insufficient clearance between the bottom of some beams and the ground, this scheme can excavate up to 3.0m downwards, resulting in low construction efficiency and high investment. This article studies three types of support structures for different clearance conditions, which meet the requirements of cast-in-place beam construction for a 3.1km pile slab structure on a common section, improve construction efficiency, reduce construction costs, and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
