Research and Application of Main Material Consumption System Based on Informationized Management and Control Platform
Engineering material is an important factor to constitute the engineering entity.The success or failure of the main material consumption control directly determines the final profit and loss of the project.In order to effectively improve the consumption control of main materials,Shandong Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.designed a set of relatively complete main material consumption control system,including digital main material order module,using GPS main material transportation control module,and based on the data of the above two modules,established a regular multi-level and multi-dimensional data statistics and analysis of the main material use process data.In the project route from Qihe to Dong'e section of Jidong Expressway,the main material consumption control system is used to improve the efficiency of material use and provide more accurate data for project management.The three modules are interrelated to strengthen the work coordination of various departments,reduce costs and increase efficiency,improve economic benefits,help the group's"digital"transformation,and enhance the group's competitiveness.
