富水软弱大变形公路隧道复合式初支方法研究

高速公路建设过程中,隧道工程因其特殊性已经成为项目建设中的关键环节。在前期的勘测过程中,无法对隧道所在位置的地质条件进行详细的探测,使得其在施工过程中普遍存在地下水丰富、应力强度高以及大变形等诸多情况。本文以云南某高速公路隧道开挖为例,该隧道在施工过程中存在地下水丰富、围岩软弱和大变形等现象。经相关技术研究后,决定采用复合式双层支护的方法,将下沉的变形值以及地下水涌出量控制在施工可接受范围内。拟为相类似工程提供经验参考。
Research on Composite Initial Support Method for Rich Water Weak and Large Deformation Highway Tunnel
In the process of highway construction,tunnel engineering has become a key link in project construction due to its particularity.In the early survey process,it was not possible to conduct detailed exploration of the geological conditions at the location of the tunnel,resulting in various situations such as abundant groundwater,high stress intensity,and large deformation during the construction process.This article takes the excavation of a highway tunnel in Yunnan as an example.During the construction process,the tunnel experienced phenomena such as abundant groundwater,weak surrounding rock,and large deformation.After conducting relevant technical research,it was decided to adopt a composite double-layer support method to control the deformation value of subsidence and groundwater outflow within an acceptable range for construction.It is intended to provide experience reference for similar projects.
