摘要
6S管理是企业现场管理的有效手段,工程训练中心具备接近制造型企业的生产环境,因此将 6S管理引入工程训练中心实验室日常管理中,能有效提高实验室管理标准化、规范化、科学化水平.工程训练中心依据 6S管理内涵,结合中心实验室现状,通过建立 6S管理推行体制,组织 6S管理培训,制定 6S管理标准等手段,对实验室进行 6S管理改造.通过 6S管理的实施,改善了实验室环境,提升实验室人员素养,提高了实验室使用效能.6S管理在劳动育人方面也发挥了积极作用.
Abstract
6S management is an effective means of on-site management in enterprises.The engineering training center has a production environment close to that of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,introducing 6S management into the daily management of the laboratory in the engineering training center can effectively improve the standardization,normalization,and scientific level of laboratory management.Based on the connotation of 6S management and the current situation of the central laboratory,the Engineering Training Center has established a 6S management promotion system,organized 6S management training,and formulated 6S management standards to carry out 6S management transformation of the laboratory.Through the implementation of 6S management,the laboratory environment has been improved,the quality of laboratory personnel has been enhanced,and the efficiency of laboratory use has been improved.6S management has also played a positive role in labor education.
