摘要

随着立体交通的发展,在进行上跨铁路既有线的桥梁转体施工过程中,由于受铁路运营影响,不能长时间阻碍交通运行,因此增加了上跨桥梁的施工难度.基于上述原因,以沪渝蓉高速铁路T型刚构桥转体施工为依托,研究转体结构施工中转体牵引力、安全系数等转体参数的计算,为转体设备的布置及选型提供依据.通过研究转体施工中的关键技术问题,把控桥跨转体过程中的重要节点,确保了特殊工况下施工过程中的结构安全及稳定.

Abstract

With the development of three-dimensional traffic,in the construction process of the existing bridge rotation of the upper span railway,due to the influence of railway operation,the traffic operation cannot be hindered for a long time,so the construction difficulty of the upper span bridge is increased.Based on the above reasons,based on the construction of T-type rigid bridge of Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu high-speed railway,the calculation of the rotating parameters such as traction and safety factor in the construction of the rotating structure is studied,so as to provide a basis for the layout and selection of the rotating equipment.By studying the key technical problems in the rotating construction,the important nodes in the process of controlling the bridge span can ensure the structural safety and stability in the construction process under special working conditions.
