摘要

随着中国民航的快速发展,为探索航班进港错漏接诱因的内在规律,保障航班正常运行,结合接机流程和专家访谈,得出11 个错漏接诱因,构建解释结构模型,借助矩阵计算和图形分析技术,深度分析航班进港错漏接的致因关系,从接机人员和派工人员两个层面得出航班进港错漏接环节的逻辑关系,为解决民航航班进港错漏接的问题提供了参考.

Abstract

In order to explore the inner law of flight approach misconnections and ensure the normal operation of flights,11 misconnections were identified by combining the pickup process and expert interviews,constructing an explanatory structural model,analyzing the causal relationship of flight approach misconnections with the help of matrix calculation and graphical analysis technology,and deriving the logical relationship of flight approach misconnections from the levels of pickup personnel and dispatchers,which will be useful for solving the problem of misconnections in civil aviation.The logical relationship between the flight inbound error and omission link is derived from the two levels of pick-up personnel and dispatch personnel,which provides a reference for solving the problem of civil aviation.
