人口老龄化对制造业工业智能化的影响——基于我国省级面板数据的实证研究

摘要
人口老龄化现象已成为全社会重大关切议题,其能否推动制造业工业智能化水平提升值得研究.本文采用老年人口抚养系数作为人口老龄化衡量指标,并运用中国 2007-2019 年省份面板数据实证探究二者间相关性.结果显示,人口老龄化能够促进制造业工业智能化水平提升,人力资本水平发挥中介作用.研究表明,人口老龄化对经济的影响并非全然负面,我国应正确认识老龄化发展现状,在政策方面做好顶层设计,加大智能化人才培育力度,充分发挥人口老龄化对工业智能化的正面促进作用,推动制造业高端化、智能化发展.
Abstract
Population aging has become a major concern of the whole society.Whether it can promote the industrial automatization level of manufacturing is worth studying.Based on the provincial panel data from 2007-2019,this study examines the relationship between population aging and industrial automatization of manufacturing.The result shows that population aging can promote the improvement of manufacturing automatization level,while human capital level plays an intermediary role in it.The study indicates that the influence of population aging on the economy is not entirely negative.Government should correctly understand the current situation of population aging in China and design proper policies such as cultivating automatization talents so that the positive impact of population aging can be enhanced and the manufacturing industry can be more intelligent and high-end oriented.
