Research on Standardized Site Construction of Construction Projects
Standardized on-site construction is an important content and effective form of construction safety management in building engineering.However,for many years,the industry has not yet formed a unified understanding of its importance,nor has it formulated a unified and followable standard.This article starts from the definition and connotation of standardized on-site construction in construction engineering,and elaborates on the main procedures and links using the PDCA method.Based on observation and analysis of some successful practices,several issues that should be noted in carrying out standardized on-site construction are proposed,and practical cases are used to illustrate the positive role of standardized on-site construction in improving enterprise management level.It is hoped that it will be beneficial for promoting and advancing standardized on-site activities in construction projects.
