面向产品类型的模块化方法研究综述

企业或制造商会生产不同的产品来满足细分市场中多样化的客户需求,针对不同类型的产品其模块化方法也有所不同,通过对多个不同类型产品模块化方法的分析,介绍了传统产品、复杂产品、系列产品、服务型产品的定义;阐述了传统产品的模块划分采用的两种方法,对比了两种划分方法各自的特点;介绍了针对复杂产品所使用的两种不同的模块化方法,并总结归纳了这两种方法的一般步骤;阐述了系列产品中已有产品和新产品的不同的划分方法,介绍了有多个优化目标的系列产品设计中的两种模块化方法,对比了这两种方法适用范围及方法流程的不同点;针对产品服务系统,归纳了其模块化设计的过程。对不同类型产品的模块化设计方法做了综述分析。最后,展望了今后模块化设计的研究趋势。
A Review of Modularization Methods for Product Types
Enterprises or manufacturers will produce different products to meet the diverse customer needs in segmented markets.The modularization methods for different types of products also vary.Through the analysis of modularization methods for multiple different types of products,the definitions of traditional products,complex products,series products,and service-oriented products are introduced.Two methods for module division in traditional products were elaborated,and their respective characteristics were compared.Two different modular methods used for complex products are introduced,and the general steps of these two methods are summarized.The different methods of dividing existing and new products in a series of products are elaborated.Two modular methods in the design of series products with multiple optimization objectives are introduced,and the differences in the scope of application and process of these two methods are compared.The process of modular design for product service systems has been summarized.A comprehensive analysis is conducted on modular design methods for different types of products.Finally,the future research trends of modular design are discussed.
