近年来,电子雷管已在地铁暗挖工程中全面使用,因其价格太高,对石方爆破价格影响较大。文章以青岛地铁 2 座暗挖车站及区间工程为实例,采用现场测定法和统计用量法,分析地铁暗挖工程爆破开挖电子雷管、炸药消耗量,主要影响因素为地质类别、隧道开挖断面面积以及竖井支护结构形式。根据分析结果提出相应计价建议,以期为地铁暗挖工程石方爆破的计价提供参考和借鉴。
Influence of Electronic Detonator on Rock Blasting Price of Underground Excavation Project
In recent years,electronic detonator has been widely used in underground excavation engineering,because of its high price,rock blasting price greater impact.Taking the two underground excavation stations and sections of Qingdao Metro as examples,this paper analyzes the consumption of electronic detonators and explosives in underground excavation by blasting with the methods of field measurement and statistical dosage.The main influencing factors are geological classification,tunnel excavation area and shaft support structure.According to the analysis results.The corresponding pricing suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the pricing of rock blasting in underground excavation engineering.
