水性环氧树脂乳液整体改性煅烧煤矸石粉水泥胶砂性能研究

为改善掺煅烧煤矸石粉水泥胶砂的和易性,采用水性环氧树脂乳液(CH乳液)对煅烧煤矸石粉水泥胶砂进行整体改性处理,研究其对水泥胶砂流动度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:掺量为 15%CH乳液的水泥胶砂初始流动度较基准组提高 46%,经历相同时间,掺量为 15%的CH乳液的经时损失度最大。同时 28d时水泥胶砂试件的吸水率较基准组降低了 13%。强度测试也表明,CH乳液直接掺入对水泥胶砂的力学性能影响较大,各组掺入CH乳液的煅烧煤矸石粉水泥胶砂的抗压、抗折强度较基准组均有不同程度地降低,掺量为 15%的CH乳液的水泥胶砂 7d、28d的抗压抗折强度只达到基准组的 60%、49%、69%、78%。掺入CH乳液的水泥胶砂折压比较基准组均有提升,且掺量越大,折压比大,即CH乳液的掺入可以改善水泥试块的脆性。
Study on Properties of Water-based Epoxy Emulsion Integrally Modified Calcined Coal Gangue Powder Cement Mortar
In order to improve the ease of mixing calcined gangue powder cement sand,water-based epoxy resin emulsion(CH emulsion)is used to modify the calcined gangue powder cement sand as a whole,and its effect on the flow and mechanical properties of cement sand is studied.The results show that the initial fluidity of cementitious sand doped with 15%CH emulsion is 46%higher than that of the baseline group,and the degree of time loss of CH emulsion doped with 15%is the largest after the same time.Meanwhile,the water absorption of cementitious sand specimens at 28d was reduced by 13%compared with the benchmark group.Strength test also shows that the direct incorporation of CH emulsion has a greater impact on the mechanical properties of cementitious sand,and the compressive and flexural strengths of each group of calcined gangue powder cementitious sand incorporated with CH emulsion are reduced to different degrees compared with that of the benchmark group,and the compressive and flexural strengths of cementitious sand incorporated with 15%of CH emulsion at 7d and 28d are only up to 60%,49%,69%and 78%of that of the benchmark group.The compressive flexural ratio of cementitious sand doped with CH emulsion were all improved compared with the benchmark group,and the larger the dosage,the larger the compressive flexural ratio,i.e.,the doping of CH emulsion can improve the brittleness of cement specimens.
