摘要
火力发电机组深度调峰已进入常态化,在汽轮机组调峰工况下,四段抽汽压力偏低,不能满足给水泵汽轮机安全运行要求.冷再抽汽压力偏高,汽源切换过程给水泵转速波动大,严重威胁锅炉给水系统安全.优化后的动力汽源采用蒸汽压力匹配技术,利用汽轮机主机冷再抽汽引射四段抽汽后混合,满足给水泵汽轮机对动力汽源压力的要求,实现深度调峰工况下安全运行和节能降耗双重目标.
Abstract
The depth peaking of thermal generating units has become normal.Under the peaking condition of steam turbine units,the extraction pressure in four stages is low,which can not meet the safety operation requirements of feed pump turbine.The cold reextraction steam pressure is high and the feed pump speed fluctuates greatly during the steam source switching process,which seriously threatens the safety of boiler feed water system.The optimized power steam source adopts the steam pressure matching technology,and uses the cold reextraction of steam from the main engine of the turbine to inject steam in four stages after mixing,which meets the requirement of the power steam source pressure of the feed water pump turbine,and realizes the dual goals of safe operation and energy saving under the deep peak load condition.
