铁路装卸站整体道床沉降整治技术研究

以某铁路装卸站普通整体道床、小爬车检车坑地段整体道床路基不均匀沉降导致线路几何不平顺超限为研究对象,根据现场实测轨道不平顺及扣件、轨枕现状统计数据,分析病害原因,提出沉降不大于 30mm普通整体道床地段通过改良扣件铁垫板、增设调高垫板抬升线路,沉降大于 30mm普通整体道床地段通过重置短轨枕抬升线路,小爬车检车坑地段更换可调整双轨扣件等方法进行沉降整治。该方案整治快捷高效,对石油厂区装卸作业影响小,类似技术经验可为车站内无砟轨道沉降病害整治提供参考。
Research on the Subsidence Remediation Technology of Monolithic Track-bed for Railway Loading and Unloading Stations
This study focuses on the uneven settlement of the roadbed in the ordinary integral track bed and small climbing car inspection pit section of a railway loading and unloading station,which leads to geometric unevenness exceeding the limit of the line.Based on the statistical data of track unevenness and the current situation of fasteners and sleepers measured on site,the causes of the disease are analyzed.It is proposed that the ordinary integral track bed section with a settlement not exceeding 30mm can lift the line by improving the fastening iron pad and adding a height adjustment pad.The ordinary integral track bed section with a settlement greater than 30mm can lift the line by resetting the short sleepers,and the small climbing car inspection pit section can replace the adjustable double track fasteners for settlement remediation.This plan is fast and efficient in rectification,with minimal impact on loading and unloading operations in the petroleum plant area.Similar technical experience can provide reference for the rectification of settlement defects in ballastless tracks in stations.
