航天装备研制风险管理的应用探究

摘要
航天装备研制综合性强、层次复杂,研制过程中的风险管理水平直接影响装备质量和研制进度.本文通过辨识风险管理目标、梳理风险种类和特点,识别研制过程中需重点关注的风险,针对重点风险制定管理措施和实现途径,并结合实际研制情况给出风险管理方面的后续工作建议.
Abstract
The development of aerospace equipment is highly comprehensive and multi-leveled,and the level of risk management during the development process directly affects the quality of the equipment and the progress of the development.This paper identifies risk management objectives,sorts out the types and characteristics of risks,and recognizes the risks that require special attention during the development process.Management measures and implementation approaches are formulated for key risks,and subsequent work suggestions on risk management are provided based on actual development situations.
