摘要
近年来,我国的电动汽车产业发展迅猛.文章通过对腹地山西电动汽车发展情况的深入调研,从充电费用、充电设施等现状入手,通过学习海南、北京、上海等电动车发展较快省市典型经验,用对比分析的方法引出影响山西电动车发展的充电设施质量、充电电价机制与服务费等方面的若干问题挑战,提出了加强顶层设计、规范电价执行、加大设施建设等有针对性建议及措施,对推动电动汽车在山西的推广应用具有重要意义.
Abstract
In recent years,China's electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly.This article conducts in-depth research by analyzing the development of electric vehicles in the hinterland of Shanxi.Starting from the current situation of charging costs,charging facilities,etc.,by studying typical experiences of provinces and cities with rapid development of electric vehicles such as Hainan,Beijing,and Shanghai,using comparative analysis to introduce several challenges and issues affecting the development of electric vehicles in Shanxi,including the quality of charging facilities,charging pricing mechanisms,and service fees,targeted suggestions and measures have been proposed,including strengthening top-level design,standardizing electricity price implementation,and increasing facility construction.It is of great significance to promote the application of electric vehicles in Shanxi province.
