复杂条件下高速公路箱梁架设施工方案设计研究

随着大湾区高速公路网的不断完善,高速公路选址越来越趋于复杂的地形地貌条件,在施工中会面临各种各样的复杂工况。增天高速朱宁路跨线桥低净空下穿 220kV高压线,上跨县道X268 及龟岭村路交叉口,县道X268 旁又有 10kV高压线和地埋自来水管及多条通信线路、20~30m高的行道树,复杂的施工工况为该桥的箱梁架设增加重大的安全风险。通过对现场施工条件的精准分析,架梁方案设计分两种工况,采用架桥机和大吨位随车吊两种方案完成箱梁架设,未发生险性事件,为后续同类施工提供了借鉴。
Research on the Design of Construction Scheme for Box Beam Installation on Highways under Complex Conditions
With the continuous improvement of the expressway network in the Greater Bay Area,the site selection of expressways is becoming increasingly complex in terms of terrain and landforms,and various complex working conditions will be faced during construction.The Zhuning Road overpass of Zengtian Expressway crosses a 220kV high-voltage line under the low clearance,and crosses the intersection of County Road X268 and Guiling Village Road.There are also 10kV high-voltage lines,buried water pipes,multiple communication lines,and 20~30 meter high roadside trees next to County Road X268.The complex construction conditions increase the safety risks of the box girder erection of the bridge.Through precise analysis of the on-site construction conditions,the beam erection scheme design is divided into two working conditions,using bridge erecting machines and large tonnage gantry cranes to complete the box girder erection without any dangerous incidents,providing reference for similar construction in the future.
