Exploration of Urban Underground Space Development Potential Based on Comprehensive Geological and Economic Factors
In the past, the evaluation of underground space development potential considering geological constraints has become more and more difficult to meet the needs of fine planning and development of modern urban underground space.Based on the evaluation index system of urban underground space development considering geological factors, this paper initially established an evaluation index system integrating economic and geological factors, and then constructed a comprehensive evaluation model of underground space development potential by applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multi-objective linear weighting method.Taking N City c District of prefecture-level city in southeast China as a case study,on the basis of considering geological conditions, housing price and per capita GPD are introduced, and spatial data visualization is realized by GIS software. The results show that the development potential of the study area gradually decreases from north to south. The area of high potential development zone, medium potential area, low potential area and poor potential area of underground space in Zone c accounts for 15.74%,37.66%,32.17%and 15.43%of the total area, respectively.By comparing the evaluation results of underground space development potential under different constraint conditions,it can be seen that the area with high underground space development potential in area c under comprehensive consideration of geological and economic factors is less than that under single consideration of geological conditions. Therefore, incorporating economic factors into the evaluation index system of underground space development can make urban underground assessment more comprehensive,in order to promote the development evaluation, planning and utilization of urban underground space more in line with the development trend of the times.
