摘要
针对当前城市轨道交通信号传统维保存在的设备数据感知差、故障判断和维修指导不够准确、故障发生到恢复运维时间较长等诸多痛点,本文通过分析传统运维模式及技术现状和探索城市轨道交通智能运维网络化、智能化运维管理需求,提出一种城轨信号智能运维系统,利用多元数据感知、物联网、人工智能等技术实现信号关键系统及设备状态可视化、故障智能分析诊断、设备健康度表现打分等功能.城轨信号智能运维系统实现示范应用线路信号设备全生命周期管理,信号运维从高速向高质量发展.
Abstract
In response to the many pain points of traditional maintenance of urban rail transit signals,such as poor equipment data perception,inaccurate fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance,and long recovery time from fault occurrence to operation and maintenance,this article analyzes the traditional operation and maintenance mode and technological status,and explores the requirements for intelligent operation and maintenance network and intelligent management of urban rail transit.A smart operation and maintenance system for urban rail transit signals is proposed,which utilizes technologies such as multiple data perception,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence to achieve functions such as signal key systems and equipment status visualization,intelligent fault analysis and diagnosis,and equipment health performance scoring.The intelligent operation and maintenance system for urban rail signals realizes the demonstration application of full lifecycle management of line signal equipment,and the development of signal operation and maintenance from high-speed to high-quality.
