Design and Analysis of Cast-in-place Support for the 0# Section of Reinforced Concrete Arch Bridge
This article relies on the Jinsha Jingrenhuai to Tongzi expressway project in Guizhou Province, and uses finite element analysis software to analyze and verify the 0#section on both sides of the Yashiqing reinforced concrete arch bridge. The weight of the 0#section of the arch bridge is relatively heavy, and the arch section is an inclined structure. The load transmitted to the support through the bottom template not only has vertical load, but also significant horizontal load.In the design of the bracket, three rows of vertical steel pipe supports are installed along the longitudinal direction of the bridge to bear vertical loads.Steel sections and plates are buried in the arch and welded to the longitudinal horizontal bars to resist the horizontal loads borne by the bracket. The stiffness, strength, stability, and foundation bearing capacity of the cast-in-place bracket are analyzed by using load combinations such as the self weight of the bracket, the wet weight of the reinforced concrete segment, and the construction load. The stiffness, strength, stability of the bracket,as well as the bending moment and shear force of the temporary foundation all meet the requirements of the design specifications, and have a reference value for similar engineering construction experience.
