本文通过对上海轨道交通 13A02 型列车均衡修作业中发生的问题进行分析,根据 13A02 型列车贯通道的结构原理和实际检修流程,通过计算屈服强度、抗弯强度的理论值,建立 3D建模设计出一款便携式的贯通道检修辅助工装。该装置可以有效地减少作业过程中的风险,保护作业人员,同时从之前的 4 个人作业减少至 3 个人作业,从原来的 100 分钟降低 60 分钟,检修作业年节省时间 3040 分钟,提高了均衡修整体作业进度。
Design and Research on Auxiliary Fixture for Gangway Maintenance of Shanghai Subway 13A02 Train
Based on the analysis of the problems in the balanced repair operation of 13A02 train in Shanghai rail transit,this paper designs a portable auxiliary tool for the maintenance of 13A02 train through the 3D modeling by calculating the theoretical values of yield strength and bending strength according to the structural principle and actual maintenance process of 13A02 train through.The device can effectively reduce the risks in the process of operation and protect the operators.At the same time,the previous operation of 4 people can be reduced to 3 people,and the original 100 minutes can be reduced by 60 minutes.The annual maintenance time can be saved by 3040 minutes,and the overall schedule of balanced repair can be improved.
