Research on the Influence of UAV Heading on the Accuracy of Oblique Photogrammetry
During the process of UAV oblique photography collection, due to the uneven height of buildings and complex terrain, some building structures and vegetation were not captured, such as the edge corners of houses and ground details covered by vegetation, resulting in texture loss and model voids in the final model. In response to the above issues, this article studies the impact of UAV flight data collection at different heading angles on the quality of 3D models.Based on vertical cross and diagonal flight paths,UAV heading planning is explored through practical cases to investigate its influence on the texture and geometric accuracy of 3D models. The research results indicate that the vertical heading angle has clearer and better 3D texture details in real scenes compared to the diagonal heading angle.
