Study on the Influencing Factors of the Slump and Strength of High-strength Machine-made Sand Concrete for Bridges
In order to meet the large demand of sand used in infrastructure construction,it is important to use machine-made sand to partially or completely replace natural sand as fine aggregate of concrete. The researches on the content of machine-made sand are limited to the concrete of medium and low strength grade, and most machine-made sand made by washing process is used as raw material, which greatly hinders the promotion application of machine-made sand in engineering construction. In this paper, considering the characteristics of machine-made sand itself, the contrast test of natural medium sand,machine-made sand and mixed sand was carried out,and the influence of sand with different grain shape and sand rate on the working performance and strength of concrete was studied.Furthermore, the effect of mixing amount of mechanical sand on workability in mixed sand concrete is studied.Based on the technical indexes of workability, strength, impermeability and chloride ion permeability, the influence of five kinds of stone powder content on the performance of high strength machine-made sand concrete is studied, which provides theoretical and engineering reference for the reasonable and correct application of machine-made sand concrete. Thus,it promotes the use of mechanism sand in high-strength concrete for bridges, promotes the applicability of mechanism sand, and provides new ways to solve the shortage of natural sand resources.
