Research on Quality Inspection Data Monitoring and Collection Platform for Regional Distributed Production
According to the problem of low efficiency of regional distributed production quality inspection,the monitoring and collection of data from visual inspection,handheld instrument or measurement tool inspection,test equipment inspection and other sources are adopted.We monitor the quality inspection process from any terminal login platform that meets the requirements and establish a quality inspection data monitoring and collection platform for regional distributed production to realize the video monitoring,remote control of test equipment,test process data monitoring,abnormal alarm and other functions.It makes the field equipment supervised intensively,so that the entire detection process is visible and fully controllable.
