Study on the Application Feasibility and Bearing Performance of Prefabricated Pipe Piles in Clay Geology
This article aims to explore the application feasibility and bearing performance of prefabricated pipe piles in clay geological conditions.Four cyclic loading modes were set according to the allowable load of 50%,100%,150%,and 200%in the design of prefabricated pipe piles.Different levels of vertical cyclic loading were applied to the test piles through the anchor pile crossbeam reaction device. The settlement response of the test piles during the loading process was observed and analyzed, and the ultimate load of the pile foundation was finally estimated. The research results indicate that under the condition of 200 tons overload, prefabricated pipe piles exhibit good bearing performance in clay geology.Based on the relationship between the loading time of vertical load and the settlement of the test pile, the ultimate load of the pile foundation was estimated to be 262 tons. This result is much higher than the design allowable load(100 tons),further verifying the high bearing capacity and stability of prefabricated pipe piles in clay geology.
