摘要
本文基于抽水蓄能电站工程大发展背景下,运用问卷调查与对比分析相结合的方法,分析现有水电计价体系下抽水蓄能工程量清单常见的问题,如项目名称不统一、计量单位不一致、项目特征描述不清晰、清单出项深度不一致等,并提出如何解决此上问题,给出分析意见,最终为抽蓄工程量清单范本编制提供参考依据.
Abstract
This article is based on the background of the great development of pumped storage power station engineering.Using a combination of questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,it analyzes the common problems in the bill of quantities of pumped storage projects under the existing hydropower pricing system,such as inconsistent project names,inconsistent measurement units,unclear description of project characteristics,and inconsistent depth of list items.It also proposes how to solve these problems,provides analysis opinions,and ultimately provides reference for the preparation of a sample bill of quantities for pumped storage projects.
