Research on Topology Optimization of Cycloid Wheel in High Load RV Reducer
This article focuses on the weight reduction design of industrial robot loads,placing the emphasis on optimizing the cycloid wheel of the RV reducer.The cycloid wheel is modeled using parameterization.Through topology optimization design,the objective is to select the optimal weight ratio while ensuring sufficient strength.Constraints and loads are added.The final outcome is a completed topology optimization case,achieving an actual weight reduction of 30%.This meets the design requirements.
