大悬臂门式预应力盖梁支架设计分析与应用

本文以都安高速项目为例,以项目岩浪大桥为背景,采用"钢管立柱+贝雷梁"支架现浇方法,解决了大悬臂门式预应力盖梁跨度大、截面高、体积大等问题,同时采用有限元分析软件对支架结构强度、刚度进行了模拟分析,并采取了支架等效配重预压方法。结果表明支架体系安全可靠、经济可行,可为类似工程提供支架选型参考。
Design Analysis and Application of Large Cantilever Portal Pre-stressing Cap Beam Support
This article takes the Du'an Expressway project as an example and takes the Yanlang Bridge project as the background.The"steel pipe column+Bailey beam"bracket cast-in-place method is used to solve the problems of large span,high section,and large volume of large cantilever portal prestressed cover beams.At the same time,finite element analysis software is used to simulate the strength and stiffness of the bracket structure,and the equivalent weight preloading method of the bracket is adopted.The results indicate that the bracket system is safe,reliable,and economically feasible,which can provide a reference for bracket selection for similar projects.
