现场混装炸药施工技术爆破参数优化研究

近年来混装炸药生产技术取得了突破性进展,由于其具有安全、可靠、高效率、低成本等特点,且特别适用于大方量爆破施工,在路基、石场、矿山等方面的广泛应用已成为必然趋势。文章以巴羌高速那纳采石场爆破施工开采为例,对两种爆破施工模式进行对比分析,结果表明混装炸药可以有效提高施工效率,改善爆破效果,降低施工成本。根据前期试验效果,对混装炸药施工参数进行优化,总结出了不同台阶高度情况下的爆破施工参数表。
Research on Optimization of Blasting Parameters for On-site Mixed Explosive Construction Technology
In recent years,breakthrough progress has been made in the production technology of mixed explosives.Due to its characteristics of safety,reliability,high efficiency,low cost,and particularly suitable for large-scale blasting construction,its widespread application in roadbeds,quarries,mines,and other areas has become an inevitable trend.The article takes the blasting construction and mining of the Nana Quarry on the Baqiang Expressway as an example to compare and analyze two blasting construction modes.The results show that mixed explosives can effectively improve construction efficiency,improve blasting effects,and reduce construction costs.Based on the preliminary experimental results,the construction parameters of mixed explosives were optimized,and a table of blasting construction parameters for different step heights was summarized.
