Research on the Precompression Construction Technology of 0#Block Bracket of Xiaoyaoguang Super Bridge
The 0#block of a continuous rigid frame bridge is the starting point of the entire bridge construction,providing the foundation and support for the subsequent section construction.It plays a key role in transmitting the load of the upper structure of the bridge to the bridge piers.This article takes the Jianhe to Liping Expressway project in Guizhou Province as an example,and takes the construction of the 0#triangular bracket of the Xiaoyaoguang Extra Large Bridge as the background.In order to simulate the safety of the bracket construction during the 0#block construction and determine the elastic and non elastic deformation of the bracket,ensuring that the bridge linearity meets the design requirements,the construction technology of reaction frame preloading is adopted.The bracket is preloaded in stages of 20%→60%→80%→120%,with graded preloading.The safety of the bracket under full load conditions was analyzed using a combination of finite element software and manual calculation.
