Selection of Pricing System for Urban(Suburban)Railways and Comparative Analysis of Engineering Cost
The engineering cost compiling method for urban(suburban)railways has not been released yet.Most of the current projects refer to and utilize the pricing system for railways and urban rail transit to compile engineering cost.This paper compares and analyzes the pricing systems of railways and urban rail transit,which is based on the characteristics of urban(suburban)rail transit,considering the basis for pricing,cost composition and pricing procedures.An example is selected to calculate and analysis the differences in cost levels and composition when using different pricing systems for urban(suburban)railway projects,in order to provide reference for the scientific selection of pricing systems for urban(suburban)railways,as well as ensuring the judicious control of engineering cost.
