Abstract

In the increasingly competitive market environment,construction enterprises urgently need to focus on the integration of business management and market development.Through scientific business management enterprises can improve internal efficiency,reduce costs,optimize resource allocation,and enhance their market competitiveness.Meanwhile,market development requires enterprises to deeply analyze industry trends,customer,and competitors'strategies,and formulate flexible marketing plans.
