结合渠江特大桥矮塔斜拉桥水中墩施工,对围堰施工方案进行优化。创新的提出了"筑岛+锁扣桩围堰"施工技术方案。采用先施工筑岛平台,再施工锁扣钢管桩围堰,成功解决了水下施工难的问题,并成功解决了桥桩、锁扣桩围堰及栈桥不能同步施工的问题,有效缩短了施工工期;采用先引孔在插打锁扣钢管桩的施工工艺,解决了锁扣钢管桩插打入岩的难题。
Optimization of Construction Plan for Underwater Pier Cofferdam of Qujiang Extra Large Bridge with Low Tower and Cable-stayed Bridge
Based on the underwater pier construction of the Qujiang Extra Large Bridge's low tower cable-stayed bridge,the cofferdam construction plan is optimized.The construction technology scheme of"island building+locking pile cofferdam"is proposed.The construction of the island platform was carried out first,followed by the construction of the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam,which successfully solved the problem of difficult underwater construction and the inability to synchronize the construction of bridge piles,locking pile cofferdams,and overpasses,effectively shortening the construction period.The construction process of using pre drilled holes to insert locking steel pipe piles has solved the problem of inserting locking steel pipe piles into rocks.
