Existing railway projects require significant investment during construction,and poor cost control can affect the efficiency of the project and pose risks and hazards to construction enterprises.The conventional cost management model is single,emphasizing post accounting,and the dynamic cost control mechanism is not fully implemented.This article analyzes the characteristics of"four electricity"professional construction and cost control in railway existing line engineering stations,and proposes the problems and control strategies of cost control in engineering construction management,in order to provide reference for cost management of railway existing line engineering projects.
