本文旨在研究加强科技创新人才队伍建设对于在西部地区因地制宜发展新质生产力的重要意义和实现路径.通过分析西部地区科技创新人才的现状,包括培养、引进、使用、流失等方面存在的问题和挑战,提出涵盖科技创新人才引进培养体系、搭建高能级科技创新平台、营造良好人才生态环境等多维度的战略路径,旨在为西部地区科学制定科技创新人才发展战略提供理论支撑与实践指导,为推进中国式现代化西部实践注入人才动能.
Abstract
This article aims to study the significance and implementation path of strengthening the construction of scientific and technological innovation talent team for the development of new quality productivity in the western region according to local conditions.By analyzing the current situation of scientific and technological innovation talents in the western region,including the problems and challenges in training,introduction,use,and loss,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional strategic path covering the introduction and training system of scientific and technological innovation talents,building a high-energy scientific and technological innovation platform,and creating a good talent ecological environment,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the scientific development strategy of scientific and technological innovation talents in the western region,and inject talent momentum into the practice of Chinese path to modernization in the western region.
