摘要
本文基于PEST分析方法,依据影响城市零工经济高质量发展的外部宏观环境,对政策、经济、社会、技术方面的现状及发展趋势进行分析,梳理面临的机遇及挑战.提出要提高政策支持力度、优化零工平台建设、促进技能提升、培育社会形象等灵活安全的零工市场机制.以期促进零工从业者认清新环境,跟上新时代,更高质量就业,推动零工经济成为"稳就业、保增长"的中坚力量.
Abstract
Based on the PEST analysis method and the external macro environment that affects the high-quality development of urban gig economy,this article analyzes the current situation and development trends of policies,economy,society,and technology,and sorts out the opportunities and challenges faced.It is proposed to increase policy support,optimize the construction of gig work platforms,promote skill enhancement,and cultivate a flexible and secure gig work market mechanism that enhances social image,in order to promote gig workers to recognize the new environment,keep up with the new era,achieve higher quality employment,and make the gig economy a backbone force for"stable employment and growth".
