智能定位胎架系统在波形钢腹板组合梁中的应用

波形钢腹板PC组合梁是以波形钢板作为箱梁腹板的新型结构形式,比其他普通预制箱梁有很多优势。智能定位胎架系统能在波形钢腹板PC组合梁的侧部进行多个方位的调节,具有极大的工程应用潜力。该胎架系统包括桁架本体,所述支撑架板的底部均设置有竖直的第一气缸,固定板上设置有另一端与滑动座相固定的第二气缸。本定位装置旨在提供一种桁架能够在波形钢腹板侧部进行多个方位调节的定位装置,为我国的桥涵技术领域中的组合梁架设提供新的技术借鉴。
Application of Intelligent Positioning Tire Frame System in Composite Beam with Corrugated Steel Web
PC composite girder with corrugated steel web is a new structural form of box girder web with corrugated steel plate,which has many advantages compared with other ordinary prefabricated box girder.This intelligent positioning system can adjust the side of PC composite beam with corrugated steel web in multiple directions,which has great potential for engineering application.Comprising a truss body,the bottom of the support frame plate is provided with a vertical first cylinder,and the fixed plate is provided with a second cylinder whose other end is fixed with the sliding seat.The purpose of this positioning device is to provide a positioning device that can adjust multiple positions on the side of the corrugated steel web,and to provide a new technical reference for the erection of composite beams in the field of bridge and culvert technology in China.
