钢筋混凝土受弯构件最小配筋量计算方法研究

《混凝土结构设计标准》(GB/T50010-2010)中有关钢筋混凝土受弯构件最小配筋量的计算方法较为复杂,需要多次迭代计算,在进行地铁车站梁配筋设计时,计算工作量大且容易出错。为了解决上述问题,提出基于裂缝值反算配筋的计算方法,该方法简化了钢筋混凝土受弯构件最小配筋量的计算过程,与现有规范中的计算方法相比,计算方法简单,计算次数明显减少,计算结果一致。研究成果已经成功应用于青岛市地铁 15 号线一期工程春阳路站的设计工作中,为钢筋混凝土受弯构件最小配筋量批量化快速计算提供参考。
Research on the Calculation Method of Minimum Reinforcement Quantity for Reinforced Concrete Bending Members
The calculation method for the minimum reinforcement amount of reinforced concrete bending members in the"Design Standard for Concrete Structures"(GB/T50010-2010)is relatively complex and requires multiple iterations.When designing the reinforcement of subway station beams,the calculation workload is large and prone to errors.In order to solve the above problems,a calculation method based on crack value back calculation for reinforcement is proposed.This method simplifies the calculation process of the minimum reinforcement amount for reinforced concrete bending members.Compared with the calculation methods in existing specifications,the calculation method is simple,the number of calculations is significantly reduced,and the calculation results are consistent.The research results have been successfully applied to the design work of Chunyang Road Station in the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line 15,providing reference for the rapid calculation of the minimum reinforcement quantity of reinforced concrete bending members in batches.
