多臂井径测井人工智能解释软件研发及应用

油田生产井套管受外力、化学腐蚀等因素的作用会引起套管变形、损坏,直接影响油田生产效果及油水井寿命。为评价生产井套管情况,一般采用多臂井径测井仪对套管内径进行测量,采用人工方式对套管变径、缩径、错断等情况进行解释,不仅劳动强度大且解释结论依赖人员经验。本文旨在结合主流机器学习技术,对多臂井径测井数据进行深入分析,建立一种多臂井径测井数据的人工智能解释软件,实现对套管形状的准确判断和解释,并结合实际数据验证了其在油田套损检测中的应用效果。
Research and Development and Application of AI Interpretation Software for Multi-arm Caliper Logging
The casing of oilfield production wells can be deformed and damaged by external forces,chemical corrosion and other factors,directly affecting the production efficiency of the oilfield and the service life of oil and water wells.To evaluate the casing condition of production wells,a multi-arm caliper logging tool is generally used to measure the inner diameter of the casing.We use manual methods to explain situations such as casing diameter change,reduction,and misalignment,which not only requires high labor intensity but also relies on personnel experience to interpret conclusions.This article aims to combine mainstream machine learning techniques to conduct in-depth analysis of multi-arm caliper logging data,establish an artificial intelligence interpretation software for multi-arm caliper logging data,achieve accurate judgment and interpretation of casing shape,and verify its application effect in oilfield casing damage detection with actual data.
