本文针对超高层建筑中高支模关键施工技术的应用进行深入研究,在阐述超高层建筑中高支模施工技术特性的基础上,以某超高层建筑为实例,通过分析其工程概况与施工难点,详细阐述高支模施工技术在构造设置、剪刀撑设置、混凝土浇筑及支撑体系拆除等关键环节的应用.结果显示,施工过程安全有序,支撑体系稳定性强,混凝土浇筑质量良好,拆除工作顺利且未损伤结构,工程进度提前,表明合理运用该技术可保障超高层建筑高支模施工的质量、安全与进度,为类似工程提供重要技术参考.
Application Research on Key Construction Technology of High Formwork in Super High-rise Buildings
This article conducts in-depth research on the application of key construction technologies for high formwork in super high-rise buildings.Based on the characteristics of high formwork construction technology in super high-rise buildings,taking a certain super high-rise building as an example,through analyzing its engineering overview and construction difficulties,it elaborates in detail on the application of high formwork construction technology in key links such as structural setting,scissor brace setting,concrete pouring,and support system dismantling.The results showed that the construction process was safe and orderly,the support system had strong stability,the quality of concrete pouring was good,the demolition work was smooth without damaging the structure,and the project progress was advanced.This indicates that the reasonable use of this technology can ensure the quality,safety,and progress of high formwork construction in super high-rise buildings,providing important technical references for similar projects.
