摘要
湘西土家族历史悠久，信仰体系庞杂而神秘，形成了独具民族特色的摆手堂建筑。本文从空间活动、空间布局和观演模式等方面，探讨了湘西土家族摆手堂近年来的空间变迁。经过研究发现，因湘西土家族经济结构、政治因素、价值观念的变化，促使了其摆手堂内活动的变化，进而导致摆手堂空间的变化。
