摘要
根据我公司实际生产中遇到的304L不锈钢细长板件—导轨及导轨固定板，针对该两种产品图纸的各项要求及试加工中存在的各问题、难点，研制了一套装卡简便、变形较小、合格率高的精加工新技术，这种精加工新技术不仅加工出了完全满足图纸及用户要求的导轨及导轨固定板，而且对同类相似材料或结构的产品提供了新的思路和参考依据。
