摘要
文山至富宁铁路是作为云南沿边铁路的重要组成部分，与规划建设的广西沿边铁路相连，共同构成我国西南沿边地区的出海新通道。在新建该铁路时，结合有关交通路网、经济据点、城市规划、工矿企业、水利、环境保护及有关部门的意见，考虑经济技术条件、地形地质条件及工程投资等因素，采用经济合理、技术可行的路线方案。【关键字】文山至富宁铁路;局部方案;研究
