摘要
浦东商务中心塔楼为超限高层结构，存在个别层扭转位移比大于1.2、偏心率大于0.15、楼板不连续和有斜柱的不规则情况。为保证结构抗震性能，结构抗震设计采用性能化设计，针对整体结构和结构局部、关键部位，分别设立了不同的性能目标。采用SATWE、MidasBuilding2013软件对结构进行了弹性和弹塑性分析，分析了结构在小震和大震下的动力响应情况，对结构进行了抗震性能评价。结果表明，结构性能能够达到预期目标及规范要求。
