摘要
装配式建筑作为预制的构件在工地装配而成的建筑，是未来建筑产业的重要发展趋势之一，其所具有的各种优质特性也使得人们对其的接受性越来越高。从装配式整体性出发，进行一种合理的“基本间”、“模数化”装配式住宅形式的探究和实践。
