摘要
经过大量科学试验和实践证明 , 房屋建筑工程的裂缝问题较为常见，裂缝所出现的主要原因是因为材料固有的物理特性所决定的，有着不可避免的特点，所以可以说是在一定程度上是允许的。在房屋安全鉴定的过程中 , 我们必须就多方面考虑房屋裂缝原因 ,采取有针对性的处理措施 , 进而确保房屋耐用性。下面就结合作者的实际工作经验 , 简要的分析房屋安全鉴定中的裂缝成因及其处理的措施 , 以供借鉴。
