摘要
据有关调查结果显示，当今社会中公共建筑相比其他建筑来讲是用能大户，且单位面积能耗是住宅等建筑物的 5—15倍，可谓高密度能耗领域。由此可见，为了使我国可持续发展战略在社会各界得到更好的落实，对公共建筑暖通空调系统节能设计以及相关措施的分析刻不容缓。
