某民用建筑的建筑能耗检测与分析

摘要
能效测评是指对建筑能源消耗量及其用能系统效率等性能指标进行计算、检测，并给出其所处水平的活动。通过能效测评，能对建筑物的节能水平给出科学的计算。在过去的 100 多年里，随着经济的迅猛发展，人类消耗了大量的能源，其中建筑业就占到总量的40% 左右。因此，建筑能耗的减少对全社会节能意义重大。本文基于某具体民用建筑进行建筑能效的检测，按照建筑节能有关标准和技术要求，对建筑物的能效水平进行核查、计算，分析其能效现状，必要时进行检测，评定其相应等级，为本建筑节能给出一定的建议。
