本文在街区布局要适合人的尺度、功能的有效混合以及整体最优三个方面，对慢行友好街区空间布局模式进行探讨，并对布局模式引导下提升尺度和交通的配合程度值、增加街区的可达性指标及地价指标值、提高地块的管理和运行效率方面，进行了结论性的总结和探讨。
