本文结合上海市第十人民医院生殖医学中心的设计和建设过程，根据特殊人群需求，通过“公众参与”的方式，对整个生殖医学中心在流程、色彩、灯光、材料、装饰等方面的人性化考虑做了详细阐述，突出“以人为本”理念，为创造温馨和谐的就诊环境提供参考经验。
