治理质量通病十年以来，重力式码头管沟盖板预制工艺发生了巨大变化。文中介绍了营口港鲅鱼圈港区四期工程在质量质量通病十年历程中，通过改进和创新施工工艺不断优化码头层面管沟盖板预制工艺，取得了良好的效果，可供同类型工程施工借鉴。
